COVID-19 Information

Commercial Property Management is considered an essential business and we are 100% operational during the Coronavira COVID-19 Pandemic. It is critical that we provide exceptional service to our both our valued clients and tenants under all circumstances and maintain property values. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, some of the adjustments that we have implemented to our property management operations are as follows: 

Visits to Our Office:

  • We are not accepting walk-ins to our office during this time. 

  • If in an person meeting is required, please call to set up an appointment. 

  • All guests and staff are required to wear face masks while within 6 feet of each other. 

  • We have hand sanitizer and face masks available for all at the reception desk.

  • Rent checks can simply be dropped off through the mail slot.

Vacant Space Leasing:

  • We are actively marketing and leasing all vacant spaces.  

  • All Prospective Tenants are asked to view our 3-D Virtual Tour Walk-Thrus of available properties prior to an in-person meeting with our leasing team.  

  • During an in-person property viewing, McKee Commercial staff as well as prospective tenants are required to wear face masks. 

  • Lease signings shall occur via DocuSign.

Property Maintenance:

  • Our maintenance is also 100% operational.   

  • We prefer that maintenance requests are submitted through your online Tenant Portal.

  • Please attach several high quality photographs which help with communication speed up service time. 

  • When meeting with McKee Commercial Staff or one of vendors, all parties are required to wear face masks.

  • McKee Commercial is also in the process of implementing changes at properties where applicable such as:

    • Instructing janitorial staff to focus on frequently touched objects such as door knobs, sinks, desks, etc. 

    • Installing new COVID-19 signage, such maintain social distance, wash hands, etc. 

    • Installing hand sanitizer stations.
