How To Apply

Please read instructions carefully and contact our office if you have any questions regarding the application process:

1. Click the "Apply Online Now" button above complete the Rental Application. Follow the instructions below and on the application. ​



2. The screening fee is $50 per person, which includes a credit check, eviction history report, and a criminal record report. Screening fees are payable by money order or cashier's check to McKee Commercial.  You may also pay the screening fees by credit card via PayPal. All screening fees are non-refundable.
3. After receipt of your completed application package and payment we will review your documents along with any other applicants that may have been submitted for the space. All applications are then shared with the property owner for his or her acceptance and you will be notified as soon as a decision has been made. Additional supporting documentation may be needed however the following is required for all applications:
  • Last 2 years of signed and dated tax returns
  • Last 3 months of bank statements
  • Personal income statement
  • Landlord references
4. If your application is approved, the Lease Agreement must be executed within 72 hours of approval.  The security deposit is due when signing the lease agreement. 
 
5. One full month of rent is due, all utilities must be transferred into tenant's account, and tenant liability insurance must be obtained prior to taking occupancy.
 
6. The second month of rent will be pro-rated for the days occupied during the first month. ​ The security deposit and first month of rent must be paid by Cashier's Check or Money Order only. 
7. In almost all circumstances, Leases must be personally guaranteed by an individual. Only in very rare situations will an exception be made. Exceptions may include a large nationwide corporation with strong financials and long term successful track record or a substantial refundable security deposit.
